Rhode Island Coalition of Black Women, Inc. is a vibrant nonprofit organization working to ensure that Black women and girls in Rhode Island have the resources they need to thrive and strengthen their communities.

Our mission is to cultivate, enrich, and empower Black women as advocates for the viability, equality, and equity of the Black community in the areas of employment, education, health, and economic development.

As a sisterhood of diversely talented women, we are committed to enriching our communities through volunteerism, advocacy, and activism.
